Enchiladas

Sauce:
8 oz. tomato sauce + 1 can full of water
1 can tomato soup
2-3 tbs salsa

Filling:
1 onion, chopped
2 c cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb hamburger, browned and drained
tortillas

Dip tortillas in tomato sauce to soften.  Place meat, onion, cheese inside tortilla and roll.  Top with sauce and grated cheese.  Cover in aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
