Blackberry Banana Smoothie

2 c frozen blackberries (about 8 oz)
1 large banana, peeled and cut into 4 sections
1 c vanilla soy mlk
1/2 c apple juice
1/2 c soft silken reduced-fat tofu

Blend together until smooth, serve in chilled glasses.
