Hawaiian Haystacks

3 chicken breasts, cooked & diced
2 tomatoes, diced
green onion, chopped
cheddar cheese, grated
chow mein noodles
rice

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c sour cream


Make gravy by combining and heating cream of chicken soup with sour cream and a little bit of milk.  Add chicken and serve over hot rice with other toppings as desired.
