Japanese Casserole

Mix:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs lemon juice

Add:
2 c cubed chicken
1 1/2 c diced celery
1 can water chestnuts, chopped finely
1/2 c green onion
2 c cooked pasta (rotini, usually, but anything would work)

Place in 9 X 13 inch pan.  Sprinkle with 1 cup chow mein noodles.  Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.

*I know the only thing "Japanese" about this is the soy sauce.  But it's really good, so who cares?

  1. I hate to tell you this, but this isn't even from Donna... So there's actually nothing Japanese about it except the soy sauce. Sorry!! But it is really good, we just made this a couple of weeks ago.
