Chicken Salad

4 c cooked, shredded chicken
1.5 c diced celery
2 c seedless grapes, halved
1/2 tsp salt
1 c mayonnaise
2 tbs lemon juice
1 c sour cream
chopped onion to taste
slivered almonds to taste

Mix together and chill.  Serve on croissants.
