No Fail, No Bake Fudge

In heavy pan, melt together:

1 12-oz package chocolate chips
1/2 c butter

In large bowl combine:

1 lb powdered sugar (3.75 cups)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Stir until smooth and yellow.  Add in chocolate chip mixture.  Spread into 9 X 9 inch buttered pan and refrigerate until firm.
