Hot Potato Salad

32 oz Southern style hashbrowns, thawed
1/2 c melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1.5 c grated cheddar cheese
1/3 chopped green onion
1/2 tsp salt
crushed cornflakes

Combine ingredients, topping with cornflakes.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
